don’t let the pretty facade fool you. the pillows were thinner than a pancake, and by the way, good luck with WiFi upstairs, you’ll need it. i waited for an upgrade since it was my birthday trip, but no one cared. such a mediocre experience that i almost considered giving a good review—almost.

close proximity to historical attractions, decent room size, clean bathroom
Cleaning staff should be more thorough!!! Providing complimentary water would elevate the guest experience!!! Wi-Fi access seems limited in certain areas of the hotel!!! Improve customer service when it comes to assisting guests in need!!!

The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the Arena, which made exploring the city so convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the air conditioning after long days out.
Basic breakfast options.

There was a lovely outdoor seating area to relax, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only slight downside was the mattress was a bit firmer than I prefer, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Perfect spot for exploring Verona!
Such a great location! Just a quick stroll to the Arena and the old castle, which made sightseeing super easy. The staff were friendly, and even though my room was small, it was clean and comfy enough. The patio was a nice touch for breakfast, but the breakfast itself could be more diverse. Vending machine coffee was surprisingly good, tho!

The power shower was fab, but the WiFi was nonexistent on upper floors.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town, making it easy to explore. The hotel room, although on the smaller side, was clean and had a lovely balcony. However, the mattress felt a bit too firm for my preference, and the breakfast options were quite limited, leading us to dine out each morning. The staff was helpful, speaking good English and ensuring a pleasant stay.
